Safety & Health Comittee​

The Safety & Health Committee (SHC) Training is designed to empower committee members with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their duties in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Course Objective

  • Understand the legal framework and purpose of a Safety & Health Committee under OSHA 1994.

  • Define the roles and responsibilities of SHC members.

  • Conduct effective committee meetings and workplace inspections.

  • Identify hazards and implement risk control measures.

  • Promote a proactive safety and health culture within the organization.
