Working at Heights​

The Working at Heights Safety Training is essential for anyone involved in tasks performed at elevated locations, such as rooftops, scaffolding, ladders, towers, or platforms. Falls from height remain one of the leading causes of workplace injuries and fatalities—this course is designed to prevent such incidents by providing the right knowledge, techniques, and legal compliance.

Course Objective

  • Understand the legal requirements for working at heights
  • Identify potential hazards and risks associated with elevated work
  • Learn how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points
  • Perform pre-work inspections and risk assessments
  • Understand fall arrest, fall restraint, and work positioning systems
  • Develop effective emergency and rescue plans
